Who you are dealing with
How we are paid
Our fee is set out in writing before any introduction is made. If nothing is agreed, nothing is owed. When we manage a property, we take a percentage of booking revenue and no fixed fee.
PULAT LTD also operates property itself. If that could create a conflict on any deal, we tell you in writing before the introduction.

Founder
Runs a portfolio of serviced apartments across London, from Camden and King's Cross to Vauxhall and Hammersmith. Borough exists because of that operating experience: he has sat on the other side of the agreement and knows what a professional operator will and will not take on. Speaks Turkish and English.
