Kensington, London W8
For owners · Company landlords
A corporate tenant for your company's homes.
Why owners like you talk to us
Three reasons, plainly
We understand the property, match it with the right operator or corporate occupier, make the introduction and help get the deal agreed.
01
Company to company
Your company contracts with an operator's company. One agreement, one invoice trail.
02
Fits a portfolio
Operators in our network take single homes and several at once.
03
Written down first
Our fee is agreed in writing before any introduction, so your board knows the cost before anything happens.
How it works
Property, match, introduction, deal
Property
You tell us about the property. We look at its location, size and condition, and any lease, mortgage or planning limits.
Match
We match it to operators or corporate occupiers whose requirements it fits. If nobody suitable is looking, we tell you.
Introduction
We introduce you, with the details both sides need to decide.
Deal
We help agree the terms through to a signed agreement.
Questions
Straight answers
We found your letter. Where did you get our details?
From the public Companies House register. We hold only company information: the name, number and registered office. Ask us to stop and we will not write again.
How are you paid?
A fee agreed in writing before any introduction is made. If nothing is agreed, there is no fee. If we manage the property instead, we take a share of the booking income and there is no fixed fee.
Do you work with SPVs?
Yes. Many property companies are small companies set up to own a handful of homes, and we work with them in the same way.
