Which use classes do you cover?
Hotels and serviced apartments (C1), residential blocks (C3) and purpose-built student accommodation.
How are you paid?
A fee agreed in writing before any introduction is made. If nothing is agreed, there is no fee. If we manage the property instead, we take a share of the booking income and there is no fixed fee.
Can this stay confidential?
Yes. Nothing about the building is shared with any operator without your agreement.
