London townhouses

For owners · Several flats

Several flats, one conversation.

Operators in our network take more than one home at a time. Tell us about the portfolio and we will tell you which of them would suit, and on what kind of agreement.

How to reach you

Name, email and phone first. We ask about the property next.

Why owners like you talk to us

Three reasons, plainly

We understand the property, match it with the right operator or corporate occupier, make the introduction and help get the deal agreed.

  1. 01

    Less to manage

Several homes with one operator means one relationship instead of a tenancy per flat.

  2. 02

    Each home on its merits

Some homes suit an operator, some suit management. We say which, flat by flat.

  3. 03

    Before you sell

If you are thinking of selling some or all of it, compare that with letting it whole to an operator first.

How it works

Property, match, introduction, deal

  1. Property

You tell us about the property. We look at its location, size and condition, and any lease, mortgage or planning limits.

  2. Match

We match it to operators or corporate occupiers whose requirements it fits. If nobody suitable is looking, we tell you.

  3. Introduction

We introduce you, with the details both sides need to decide.

  4. Deal

We help agree the terms through to a signed agreement.

Do all the flats have to be in one place?

No. Operators look across London. Homes close together are easier to place together.

How are you paid?

A fee agreed in writing before any introduction is made. If nothing is agreed, there is no fee. If we manage the property instead, we take a share of the booking income and there is no fixed fee.

Can I start with one flat?

Yes. You can start with one home and add others later.
