For owners · One flat
Your flat, let to a company. One agreement, no tenant admin.
Why owners like you talk to us
Three reasons, plainly
We understand the property, match it with the right operator or corporate occupier, make the introduction and help get the deal agreed.
01
One agreement
An operator takes the flat on and deals with the people who stay. You deal with one company.
02
The new tenancy rules
Tenancies have rolled month to month since 1 May 2026. A company agreement works differently; your solicitor confirms the detail.
03
You choose the route
If an operator is not the right fit, we can run the flat for you and you keep the income, less our share.
How it works
Property, match, introduction, deal
Property
You tell us about the property. We look at its location, size and condition, and any lease, mortgage or planning limits.
Match
We match it to operators or corporate occupiers whose requirements it fits. If nobody suitable is looking, we tell you.
Introduction
We introduce you, with the details both sides need to decide.
Deal
We help agree the terms through to a signed agreement.
Questions
Straight answers
Do I keep ownership?
Yes. You own the flat throughout. An operator leases it, or we manage it for you.
How are you paid?
A fee agreed in writing before any introduction is made. If nothing is agreed, there is no fee. If we manage the property instead, we take a share of the booking income and there is no fixed fee.
What do operators look for?
Location, condition, size, furnishing and a safe, compliant home. We tell you plainly whether your flat fits before anything is agreed.
