Residential block, London
For owners · Developers and block owners
Finished building, slow sales? Compare leasing it whole.
Why owners like you talk to us
Three reasons, plainly
We understand the property, match it with the right operator or corporate occupier, make the introduction and help get the deal agreed.
01
One counterparty
A whole building to one operator, instead of a sales campaign flat by flat.
02
Every route compared
Sale, lease, or a mix. We set out the options for the building before you commit to one.
03
Nothing on the portals
Your building is introduced privately to operators already looking, not listed for everyone to see.
How it works
Property, match, introduction, deal
Property
You tell us about the property. We look at its location, size and condition, and any lease, mortgage or planning limits.
Match
We match it to operators or corporate occupiers whose requirements it fits. If nobody suitable is looking, we tell you.
Introduction
We introduce you, with the details both sides need to decide.
Deal
We help agree the terms through to a signed agreement.
Questions
Straight answers
How big does the building need to be?
From a handful of flats upwards. Tell us the size and we will tell you which operators look for buildings like it.
How are you paid?
A fee agreed in writing before any introduction is made. If nothing is agreed, there is no fee. If we manage the property instead, we take a share of the booking income and there is no fixed fee.
Can you start before completion?
Yes. Talking to operators while a building is still being finished gives the most room on timing.
